International shipping

We ship internationally via Australia Post International Standard — a tracked, economy service. Estimated delivery is 4–10 business days depending on destination and customs processing.‍ ‍If you require express international shipping, contact us for a custom shipping quote.

All international shipments include tracking, signature on delivery, and cover for loss or damage in transit.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout and vary by destination zone:

• Zone 1 — New Zealand

• Zone 2 — Asia and the Pacific

• Zone 3 — United States and Canada

• Zone 4 — United Kingdom, Europe, and a small number of other countries including Brazil, Russia and South Africa

• Zone 5 — Rest of the world

If you're unsure which zone your country falls into, enter your address at checkout and the correct rate will display automatically.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes on arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping charge. Requirements vary by country — check with your local customs authority if you're unsure.

Note on US shipments: Australia Post has experienced intermittent service disruptions to the US. Before placing an international order for a US address, check current service status at auspost.com.au/service-updates.

Large or heavy international orders‍ ‍

Our checkout rates cover orders up to 20kg. If your order is heavier than this — for example, if you're ordering several large parts together — the checkout will show a high placeholder shipping cost rather than a calculated rate. This is intentional: orders of this size need a proper freight quote. Please contact us before ordering so we can arrange this for you, rather than paying the placeholder amount shown at checkout.
