Returns and refunds policy

Our approach

Series Magic doesn't offer change-of-mind returns. Given the specialised nature of our parts — including New Old Stock and used components with individual condition, age, and fitment characteristics — we ask customers to check part numbers, compatibility, and product descriptions carefully before ordering, or to contact us first if unsure.

This policy doesn't limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a problem covered by Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of this policy.

Faulty, wrong, or not-as-described items

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, doesn't match its description, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, documentation of the issue, and your order number. If we accept your claim, we’ll cover return shipping and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, your choice, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

This applies wherever you're located, including international orders — get in touch and we'll sort out the best solution for your location. (Customs duties, taxes, and import fees on the original order remain the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.)

Electrical parts

Once an electrical part has been installed or wired in, it's harder for us to assess a fault-related return, so please check and test parts before installation where possible. Faulty electrical parts remain covered under the Australian Consumer Law as above.

How to arrange a return

Email us at info@seriesmagic.com.au with your order number, the item(s) concerned, and the reason for return. We'll confirm next steps and, where applicable, a return address.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
